Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead to drive onboarding, readiness, and execution of the end-to-end product operational journey at treatment sites. You will coordinate logistics, educate stakeholders, and partner with oncology field teams to ensure compliant, scalable workflows.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, operational problem-solving, and the ability to travel ~50% while residing in the Philly PA/NJ area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and complex-therapy provider operations.
• Ability to operate in evolving processes and dependencies.
• Strong coordination with stakeholders and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites and workflows.
• Deliver process-focused education for initial implementation and ongoing support.
• Ensure sites can execute end-to-end product operational journey.
• Serve as product operational SME for process/operations/logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues and triage via cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated engagement.
• Build relationships with site leaders through responsive support.
• Use dashboards/metrics to assess performance and drive improvement.
• Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ communications and resources.
