Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead to operate in the field, supporting treatment sites with onboarding, readiness, and end-to-end operational execution. You will deliver education to site stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and use data dashboards to monitor performance; travel about 50% to activate and support sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and provider operations.
• Track record implementing workflows for complex therapies; strong operational problem-solving.
• Ability to operate effectively in evolving environments; build relationships with operational stakeholders.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
• Deliver process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure sites can consistently execute the end-to-end treatment operational journey (onboarding through ordering and steady-state operations).
• Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics).
• Act as primary contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination and defined processes.
