Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-operational lead to manage onboarding and readiness for oncology treatment sites. You will educate site stakeholders, ensure operational capabilities, and act as the operations SME across logistics and workflows.

This role requires strong relationships with site leaders, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to triage issues and translate site feedback into improved education and processes. Travel up to ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare/life sciences (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in evolving ‘white space’ environments.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites (workflow education, system setup, operational requirements).
• Provide process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing support.
• Ensure sites have operational capabilities/knowledge to execute the end-to-end treatment journey.
• Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites regarding process, operations, and logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues; triage and resolve via cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated site engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, responsive support.
• Use company data/dashboards to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize site feedback to help HQ enhance communication, workflows, resources, and education.
