Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
• Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
• Proven track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations.
• Ability to travel ~50% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding/readiness support for sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Provide process-focused education using approved resources for site implementation and ongoing operations.
• Serve as operational subject matter expert for site process, operations, and logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through defined processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, responsive support.
• Use dashboards/metrics (as approved) to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize site feedback and process insights to enhance HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
