Job summary

Orion Corporation is seeking a Translational Medicine Lead to drive biomarker development, companion diagnostics, and translational strategy across oncology programs. The role integrates discovery and clinical development, guiding biomarker-enabled decision making and trial design.

The position reports to the VP Global Translational Medicine and offers hybrid work from Cambridge, MA or Cambridge, UK, with international travel as needed. A PhD and strong translational track record are required.

Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in biological sciences or related.
5+ years relevant translational experience within biotech/pharma.
Strong experience in clinical biomarkers and translational strategy execution.

Responsibilities

Lead Translational Medicine strategy for oncology programs, focusing on biomarker development and companion diagnostics.
Bridge discovery research and clinical development; craft translational strategies for clinic entry of new agents.
Embed translational insights in study design and conduct to guide program decisions.
Collaborate with CDx, regulatory, and cross-functional partners to advance biomarker assays in trials.
