AstraZeneca in Boston, MA is seeking an Associate Director in Oncology Translational Medicine Strategist to design biomarker strategies and ensure delivery within our internal ADC portfolio teams. You will partner with Translational Medicine, Oncology Research, and global product development to guide indication selection, patient stratification, and dose rationale across Ph1-Ph3.

Qualifications

PhD and/or MD with experience in oncology drug development.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of oncology disease biology (solid tumors) and translational science.
Ability to drive, manage, execute and deliver results for complex multi-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Deliver translational science and biomarker strategies for early and late development oncology assets through Ph1 to Ph3 studies.
Generate disease linkage data to guide indication selection and targeted patient populations.
Measure target engagement and pharmacodynamic biomarkers to advise dose selection.
Understand cancer pathway interactions and tumor microenvironment to guide combinations.
Lead collaboration across Oncology Research and Translational Medicine teams to implement strategies.
