Job summary

PowerToFly is looking for a Senior Training Manager for Oncology to help develop and deliver effective training for commercial field representatives. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to create training content that meets compliance and effectiveness standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a degree, and experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This position allows for remote work with 50% travel to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred.
• Experience in Training, Marketing, or Sales in the industry preferred.

Responsibilities
