Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior Training Manager, Oncology, to develop and deliver Oncology/Hematology training for Franchise A, supporting Imbruvica or Epkinly. You will collaborate with global trainers and co-promote partners to create disease, sales effectiveness, market knowledge, and operations training for the Commercial organization.

Responsibilities include maintaining disease-state knowledge, designing curricula, coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical and Regulatory, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech training, marketing or sales.
• Oncology/Hematology knowledge desirable.
• Experience developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen is a plus.
• Strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining subject matter expertise for disease states, products and therapeutic areas.
• Developing and executing training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Designing and enhancing curriculum to meet Commercial organization needs.
• Coordinating with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical and Regulatory for accuracy and compliance.
• Managing vendors when developing training content and executing contract requirements.
• Leading training meetings and coordinating rollout of training materials for field colleagues.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver effective training solutions.
