Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Oncology Territory Sales Director - Field to cover the Northwest territory. This role focuses on developing regional cancer care relationships with oncology physicians, hospitals and clinics, driving sales growth and meeting forecasts.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of medical/pharma sales, strong teamwork, exemplary communication, and CRM proficiency. Travel within the Northwest is required; competitive salary with commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals in the Northwest territory.
• Identify key influencers and manage sales pipeline.
• Deliver product presentations to oncology practices.
• Meet designated call expectations with top targets.
• Demonstrate consultative communication and deep oncology provider knowledge.
• Travel as required to hospital/clinic networks within territory.
