Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Oncology Territory Sales Director - Field to cover the Colorado territory. This role focuses on developing and managing a regional territory, building relationships with oncology physicians, cancer care hospitals and clinics, and driving sales growth across community, oncology and hematology settings.

The position offers a salary range of $115k-$130k annually, plus a commission plan and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years or more of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
• Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Microsoft Office and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Identify key influencers and manage pipeline.
• Achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top targets.
• Deliver product presentations to customers.
• Have exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities.
• Self motivated and results driven.
