Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Territory Director (Field Sales) to cover the Colorado region from Denver, CO. The role focuses on developing and managing oncology practices, hospitals, and clinics with a goal of meeting sales forecasts.

The position includes a commission plan in addition to a base salary. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in Medical or Pharmaceutical sales with oncology experience, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years or more of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
• Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated regional territory to maximize sales and meet forecasts.
• Identify key influencers, manage pipeline, and establish hospital/clinic relationships in the territory.
• Deliver product presentations; maintain proactive, consultative communication with providers and care teams.
• Travel within the Colorado territory as required to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
