Qualifications

• Ability to exercise good judgment, time management skills and follow appropriate procedures when setting priorities and handling stressful situations.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Scheduling Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule oncology related surgical procedures and pre-admission testing.
• Coordinate with anesthesia and other resource providers.
• Align schedules with provider preferences and patient conditions.
• Brainstorm with JMCPG team, OR team and physicians to accommodate all departmental customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
