Responsibilities

• Schedule advanced procedures and high-complexity services, ensuring readiness and payer requirements.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for complex access workflows and authorization processes.
• Coach and support peers, assist with onboarding or cross-training.
• Resolve complex access, registration and coverage issues, escalating when needed.
• Communicate scheduling details, preparation instructions and financial expectations with patients.
• Collaborate with nursing, providers, and insurance carriers to resolve issues.
