Qualifications

• Two years in a healthcare office setting preferred; oncology experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook and EMR systems such as Meditech Expanse and Aria.

Responsibilities

• Answer scheduling related calls and schedule physician visits per templates.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure patient inquiries are handled properly.
