Responsibilities

• Schedule and update oncology and infusion appointments, ensuring provider availability and patient preparation.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing teams, and diagnostic departments for labs, imaging, and follow-up care.
• Maintain daily schedules for clinic and infusion areas and handle add-ons, cancellations, and urgent needs.
• Communicate courteously with patients, provide reminders, and relay changes to staff.
• Enter and maintain complete patient and appointment information in the EHR and related systems.
• Support administrative tasks and onboarding as needed.
