Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Complex Scheduler in Woodbury, MN to support our Oncology team. The role is 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the busy coordination of appointments, labs, imaging, and procedures across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will bring healthcare scheduling experience, strong patient communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Epic. You will collaborate with patients, caregivers, and care team members to ensure timely and accurate

Qualifications

2 years experience in a healthcare setting/practice.
1 year completing scheduling and registration of appointments.
1 year practicing good public relations, customer service, time management, prioritization, and patient communication skills.
1 year Proficient use of computer keyboarding and Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

Coordinate appointments, procedures/surgeries, labs, imaging, or treatments.
Act as single point of contact for scheduling and coordinating care with patients and care team.
Navigate complex service protocols and ensure timely delivery of services.
Provide patients/caregivers with information and updates.
Manage daily schedules for providers and clinics and update calendars.
