Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Pharmaceutical Sales team seeks an Oncology/Hematology sales professional to drive current and prospective therapeutics within assigned accounts, executing strategy and field execution.

You will articulate clinical value, support reimbursement discussions, develop account plans with District Manager, and travel as necessary to meet targets. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or transition from Active Duty Military residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
Demonstrate clinical efficacy, articulate value proposition, provide clinical support, and achieve sales objectives.
Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, develop account strategies with District Manager, and internal partners.
Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
Utilize marketing tools and close sales to the next step.
Discuss access and reimbursement options to improve sales opportunities.
Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
