Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN to join the Oncology Unit. The RN Clinical Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult cancer patients on an inpatient unit, guided by evidence-based practice and the Wellstar practice model.

You will work on a day shift with 28-bed unit responsibilities, partner with care managers, and participate in shared governance to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates must read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Evidence-based practice and analytical skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
