Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital, part of Wellstar Health System, seeks an RN Clinical Nurse on the Day shift in the Oncology Unit, a 28-bed inpatient unit focused on adult cancer care.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care, guided by shared governance and nursing standards.

This role requires active Georgia RN licensure, at least an Associate's degree in nursing, and commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or Compact license.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice to plan and deliver individualized care.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborate with the care team using interdisciplinary rounds and shift reports.
• Support performance improvement and adherence to standards and policies.
