Job summary

The US Oncology Network’s Texas Oncology in Irving, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor (full-time) to lead daily billing operations and maximize payments. You will oversee patient visits from entry to adjudication, ensure compliance with SOPs, and mentor staff.

The role requires at least four years in medical revenue cycle, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CPT/ICD coding.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Business or equivalent OR four years revenue cycle experience.
• At least four (4) years of medical revenue cycle work experience with a track record of meeting metrics.
• Two years experience managing, delegating, and following up on work priorities.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing, CPT, ICD9, HCPCS coding and managed care products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily revenue cycle operations from entry to adjudication of accounts.
• Ensures quality work, deadlines, and SOP compliance; regularly audits staff.
• Prepares monthly revenue cycle analyses and monitors metrics to refine processes.
• Leads training and development for revenue cycle processes; champions change.
• Coordinates front office duties including scheduling, check-in, and co-pay collection.
