Responsibilities

• Supervise daily revenue cycle operations from patient entry to adjudication.
• Oversee scheduling, eligibility, charge processing, submissions, and collections.
• Lead denial management, reporting, and accounts receivable analysis.
• Ensure SOP adherence and staff training in revenue cycle tasks.
• Coordinate front office duties including scheduling and co-pays.
• Drive process improvements and staff development.
