Texas Oncology in Irving, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our revenue cycle department at the 2021 N. MacArthur clinic.

This full-time role covers patient visit entry through adjudication, with duties spanning scheduling, eligibility, charges, claims, payments, collections, denial management, reporting, auditing, coding, credentialing, and customer service. Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent, or four years of revenue cycle experience.
• At least four years of medical revenue cycle experience with a metrics track record.
• Two years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and coding (CPT/ICD9/HCPCS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily revenue cycle activities from entry to adjudication, including scheduling, eligibility, charges, claims, payments, collections, denials, reporting, auditing, and training.
• Ensures quality work, meets deadlines, and adheres to SOPs with regularly audits of staff work.
• Prepares monthly revenue cycle analyses and monitors key metrics to drive process improvements.
• Leads change initiatives, supports problem-solving, and ensures accountability and collaboration.
• Coordinates front-office duties including scheduling, check-in, and co-pay collection.
• Recruits, hires, assesses performance, and provides coaching and development for staff.
