Bronson Healthcare in Battle Creek seeks a Registered Nurse Oncology Research Coordinator for a full-time role (80 hours per pay period) in the Hematology and Oncology unit. Under minimal supervision, you will implement and monitor clinical research studies and care for patients undergoing cancer trials.

Requires MI RN licensure and a BSN; Oncology NP preferred but must be attained within three years. Travel to research base visits involved; 40 hours weekly, first shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Licensed RN in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• Oncology Certified Nurse credential preferred but must be attained within three years of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical research study implementation and follow-through.
• Assess and record clinical data; ensure accuracy per protocol.
• Obtain informed consent in collaboration with the physician.
• Maintain study records and coordinate labs/externals.
• Attend start-up meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
