Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse for the Oncology Medsurg Unit at Cobb Hospital in Georgia. The role supports adult cancer inpatients, with day shifts from 7am–7pm and a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Licensed RNs with GA or Compact licensure and BLS are required; education ranges from Associates/Diploma to Bachelor's preferred. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing (RN). Bachelors degree preferred.
• GA RN license required; Multi-state compact license accepted if applicable.
• BLS certification required as listed for role.
• Direct patient care experience preferred (Less than 1 year noted).

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and age groups.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain patient safety and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Wellstar policies and standards.
