Job summary

Taiho Oncology is seeking a Manager, Integrated Publications to coordinate end-to-end scientific publications across solid tumors and hematology. You will liaise with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure compliant, timely communications to the global scientific community.

You will develop publication plans, manage timelines, and oversee manuscript development, abstracts, posters, and plain-language summaries.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical publication management or medical affairs.
• Knowledge of ICMJE, GPP3, and publication compliance guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with publication management platforms, preferably iEnvision DataVision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of publications (abstracts, manuscripts, posters, presentations).
• Develop and manage integrated publication plans aligned with clinical development timelines.
• Track milestones, manage authorship agreements, and disclosures in audit-ready fashion.
• Ensure compliance with ICMJE and GPP3 guidelines and Taiho policies.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Biostatistics, Regulatory teams to align data messaging.
• Liaise with external medical communications agencies to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Support congress planning, abstract submissions, poster timelines, and logistics.
• Assist manuscript development, feedback, timelines, and submission coordination.
• Build relationships with KOLs and investigators for timely publication participation.
• Lead cross-functional governance meetings and escalate risks.
• Contribute to publication SOPs and policies.
