Cardinal Health is seeking a Sales Director – Oncology Provider to expand our Specialty footprint in the West territory. You will drive new physician practice customers, manage executive relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions for community oncology.

This remote role travels up to 50%. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in healthcare sales, including 3+ years in oncology, and have strong negotiation, forecasting, and presentation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or commiserate experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Eight years of healthcare sales and complex account/relationship management, including three years in oncology physician office.
• Experience with oncology provider office business.
• Experience with contracting, demand realization, and GPO pull through.
• Excellent planning, forecasting, financial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to design win-win strategies for Cardinal Health and clients.
• Self-starter with independent problem-solving to meet objectives.
• Matrix management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong executive presence, presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work from home when not traveling.

Aufgaben

• Identify/target, build pipeline and close new business within defined geography.
• Respond to hot leads and generate interest from marketing or GPO initiatives.
• Collaborate with deal modeling, finance and proposal teams to develop proposals.
• Deliver well designed, compelling sales presentations to executive customers.
• Manage executive relationships with a broad range of professionals.
• Develop territory business plans and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior sales team members and lead sales training when asked.
