Qualifications

• Five+ years of training experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Ability to develop engaging, practical training content for field teams.
• Experience designing and delivering virtual training and LMS-based programs.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, PDF tools, editing software, and related platforms.
• Ability to collaborate across brand, marketing, sales, compliance, and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver live and virtual new hire training, including home study and disease state content.
• Support learners before, during, and after training to reinforce readiness.
• Lead advanced training programs multiple times per year with workshops and follow-ups.
• Conduct supplemental training initiatives via virtual sessions and national meetings.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design workshops for major training events.
• Ensure field pull-through aligns with brand strategy and training priorities.
• Mentor early career team members and share best practices.
