Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a US Oncology Pricing & Contracting Strategy Manager to help develop, deploy, and optimize pricing strategies across payors, PBMs, IDNs, and large groups. The role focuses on ASP trends, contracting, and value propositions, coordinating with matrix stakeholders to align brand strategy.

You will analyze market dynamics, support contract design, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal to ensure compliant, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in relevant field with 5+ years pharma pricing/market access experience.
• Experience in pricing, contracting analytics, brand marketing, and market research.
• Travel up to 5% and ability to work in either Durham, NC or Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Develop list pricing research and strategies for pipeline, launch and in-line brands.
• Monitor contract performance and inform on current and future business state and market trends.
• Produce monthly/quarterly WAC price market summaries.
• Support ASP reimbursement trends and ASP forecasting for supported brands.
• Partner with stakeholders for tactical execution of contract strategy.
• Collaborate with brand marketing and market access for strategic alignment.
• Support annual business planning with pricing, contracting guidelines, and operations.
• Develop business cases to support contract review and approvals with legal, marketing, market access and finance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable key customer and environmental strategies.
