The American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee one or more Hawaii-based practice locations, guiding daily operations, staff supervision, and facility maintenance.

You will align clinical and operational efforts with organizational goals while partnering with regional leadership on growth initiatives. In this role, you will manage revenue cycle oversight, implement efficient procedures, and recruit and coach staff to sustain high standards of patient care across

Qualifications

• 5+ years office experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years physician practice/healthcare experience.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Mergers and acquisitions experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficient workflows and alignment with goals.
• Develop and evaluate operational procedures to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to manage practice operations and growth initiatives.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee financial processes to support revenue capture and expense management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and facility maintenance across locations.
