American Oncology Partners of Hawaii, LLC is seeking a Practice Manager to lead one or more Hawaii locations, overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, facility maintenance, and performance aligned with organizational goals.

You will partner with the Regional Director to coordinate operations, provide financial oversight, and support growth initiatives while mentoring new leaders and ensuring a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years office experience.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years physician practice/healthcare experience.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Mergers and acquisitions experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to coordinate operations.
• Provide financial oversight and revenue cycle support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
