Job summary

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) required.
• Five years of healthcare experience in a clinic or hospital.
• Three years of management experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the clinical team to deliver quality oncology/hematology care.
• Oversee scheduling for clinic nurses, medical assistants, lab, and pharmacy techs.
• Ensure patient safety, adherence to JBIs and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with Office Manager and R-DON on education and staffing.
• Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
