Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Oncology RN for Hawaii Cancer Care to provide safe, accurate chemotherapy administration, triage, and patient education within a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities include medication administration per JBI guidelines, meticulous EMR documentation, and effective communication with the care team. Strong English skills and an oncology background are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of employment or multi-state license
• CPR and BLS certifications
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive care as ordered.
• Triage patient needs and communicate with multidisciplinary team per JBI guidelines.
• Document treatment in EMR thoroughly and timely, ensuring accurate charges.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects and treatment plans.
