Job summary

AON American Oncology Network is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomy tech to assist physicians with in-office procedures and manage phlebotomy, lab testing, and QA/QC tasks across multiple clinic locations. Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with medical procedures in office.
• Perform phlebotomy and laboratory testing with proper QC.
• Prepare blood/bone marrow slides and send outside labs as needed.
• Maintain equipment, logs, and QA/QC documentation.
• Document in EMR and ensure patient data confidentiality.
• Follow safety guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
