Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• 4 years experience as Pharmacist or 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• State of Washington Pharmacist License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management skills and committee experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (EMR, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to provide constructive staff feedback.
• Strong teaching ability.
• Ability to lead committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure safe, effective, and efficient services.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff for engagement and performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Lead quality assurance, medication safety, and error-prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and committees to support objectives and continuous improvement.
• Communicate goals and updates to staff, fostering safety and service excellence.
