Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Pharmacy Technician Lead to coordinate daily pharmacy operations under a pharmacist supervision. Lead technicians, assistants, and interns, and drive training and scheduling while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Washington state pharmacy technician certification.
• 3 years pharmacy technician experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead daily pharmacy operations.
• Train, recruit, and evaluate technicians and interns.
• Schedule staff and manage timecards.
• Review patient safety reports.
• Contribute to policies and SOP development.
• Collaborate with leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
