Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License or eligibility.
• Minimum 4 years as Pharmacist or 2 years in lead supervisory role.

• Proven project management and committee experience.
• Proficiency with EMR, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for safe, compliant practice.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/regulatory requirements.
