The position reports to pharmacy leadership, offers full-time hours primarily weekdays, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. A WA Pharmacist license and PharmD are required.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent, from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Washington Pharmacist License.
• 4 years as Pharmacist or 2 years in lead/supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR and standard Office software.
• Ability to lead committees and teach staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and workflow oversight for pharmacists, technicians, and staff.
• Hire, coach, develop, and evaluate personnel for engagement and growth.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and SOPs for safe pharmacy practice.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/regulatory requirements and accreditation.
• Lead quality assurance, medication safety, and error-prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Communicate goals and updates to staff, promoting safety and service excellence.
