• Collaborate with hematology/oncology teams and inpatient pharmacy.
• Oversee chemotherapy preparation and transitions of care.
• Support clinical trials, protocol adherence, and safety initiatives.
• Monitor for drug interactions, adverse effects, and regimen adherence.
• Participate in rounds and educate staff and residents.
