Banner Staffing Services (BSS) offers Registry/Per Diem RN opportunities within Banner Health. The MS PCU Oncology Unit in Sun City features 22 private rooms with capacity for up to 42 semi-private rooms and specialized oncology care, including chemotherapy administration.

As a nurse on our MS PCU Oncology unit, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with physicians and staff to meet positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license (or compact license) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred for Banner Registry and Travel roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and discharge planning.
• Develop and revise plans of care with the care team.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate activities with the health care team.
• Document care and patient responses in the record.
• Support education and mentoring of staff as appropriate.
• Participate in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and safety.
