Job summary

Banner Staffing Services (BSS) is seeking an Oncology Ambulatory Registered Nurse for per diem days in Sun City West, AZ. The role collaborates with physicians and care teams to plan and deliver nursing care within Banner Health facilities.

The position offers a flexible Wednesday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with potential to work 3–4 days per week, competitive wages, paid orientation, and weekly pay. Per diem roles do not include benefits; a post-offer health assessment and background checks are

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
• Develop and execute plans of care with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with physicians.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses.
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives in patient care.
