  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in healthcare office setting and/or strong customer service background preferred.
  • Proficient in registrations (inpatient, outpatient, emergency).
  • Ability to monitor admissions, discharges, and transfers in a timely manner.
  • Accurate entry of patient demographics, insurance, and financial information.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of front-office and back-office tasks across the network.
  • Perform patient registrations and admissions processing.
  • Manage check-ins, scheduling, and payments.
  • Verify insurance coverage and medical necessity per CMS standards.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the electronic health record (EHR).
