Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Registered Nurse degree and current state license.
• 7–9+ years of oncology, patient access, market access, or pharmaceutical patient services experience.
• Experience supporting specialty or oral oncology launches.
• Deep understanding of payer dynamics and specialty pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• HIPAA and adverse event reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact to manage patient cases and overcome access barriers.
• Execute smooth transition of Expanded Access Program (EAP) patients after FDA approval.
• Coordinate with Field Reimbursement Team, specialty pharmacies, and insurers to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain timely communication with patients and providers from enrollment to closure of cases.
• Monitor cases for delays and bottlenecks, escalating as needed with stakeholders.
• Document access barriers to ensure compliance and resolution.
