Job summary

ConnectMed360 is seeking an Oncology Case Manager. This full-time remote role runs Monday–Friday, initially 9:30am–6:00pm, with eventual shift to 11:30am–8:00pm EST. The position offers quarterly incentive bonuses and strong growth potential in a mission-driven company.

Salary starts at $60k and up, depending on experience. You will support patients requiring oral oncology medications by coordinating with prescribers, insurers, and care teams to facilitate access and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for patients, providers and teams.
• Knowledge of health insurance, prior authorizations and patient assistance programs.
• Experience in pharmacy or patient support programs helpful.

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits and coverage, determine plan benefits and prior authorization needs.
• Facilitate prior authorization and appeal processes with clinical documentation.
• Educate patients about programs and enrollment requirements.
• Coordinate with prescribers, pharmacies and insurers to ensure therapy access.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, caregivers, and care teams in assigned regions.
