Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to support patients prescribed our oncology therapies. You will work in a regionally aligned hybrid team, partnering with HUBs, providers, insurers, and field reimbursement to navigate coverage and patient access.

The role requires deep oncology market access knowledge, strong clinical background, and commitment to ensuring no patient is left behind as we launch and lifecycle manage approved therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and active state RN license.
• Experience in oncology, patient access, or pharma patient services.
• Knowledge of payer dynamics and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with specialty/oral oncology launches preferred.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to manage patient access and overcome barriers.
• Coordinate benefit verification, PA delays, denials, and appeals.
• Navigate EAP patients and transition to approved therapies.
• Escalate issues with FRD, hubs, and pharmacies to resolve cases.
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely patient/provider contact.
