Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a P2P Strategy Lead in the US Oncology space to oversee planning and execution of promotional content, develop core materials, and integrate P2P strategies into comprehensive brand initiatives across indications.

You will manage speaker programs, coordinate with Sales, and lead budget, KOL engagement, and field adoption efforts. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, clinical content development, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or US commercial experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to adapt to business needs.
• Experience managing external agencies, budgets, and timelines.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to represent brand at key congresses and programs (about 1 per month).

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of all P2P content.
• Lead development of core P2P materials ensuring message consistency across indications.
• Lead and integrate P2P strategies into cohesive promotional plans.
• Own the evolution of ELREXFIO’s KOL and P2P strategy with HCP and Launch Leads.
• Develop targeted program strategies across educational channels for key customer segments.
• Coordinate with Sales on opportunities with GPO, IPP or 3P and lead execution.
• Lead Speaker Programs, including budget management and speaker training.
• Identify and coordinate local conference opportunities for Sales or KADs.
• Oversee MedEd agency partners and vendors within budget and timeframes.
• Lead budget planning and forecasting for P2P and field programs.
