Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Implement and evaluate educational programs for the clinical nursing staff.
Address competency development and mentoring on a daily basis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across nursing education activities.
Collaborate with Professional Development Specialists and NPCS to improve care outcomes.
Lead orientation design and staff development initiatives with unit leadership.
