Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical nursing experience with oncology focus.
• Experience in nursing education or staff development preferred.
• Professional certification within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate educational programs to support nursing staff development.
• Collaborate with CPS and multidisciplinary teams to address clinical issues and competencies.
• Assess staff learning needs and tailor educational strategies.
• Mentor staff, coordinate orientation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
