Qualifications

• BSN required for PDS I; MSN required for PDS II.
• Experience in nursing education or staff development preferred.
• Certification in NPD-BC or Oncology-specific certification within 3 years of hire.

• Implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.

• Mentor and collaborate with Clinical Practice Specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
