Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of oncology experience.
• Professional certification required within 3 years of hire.
• Experience in nursing education or staff development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates expertise in oncology clinical practice and improves care.
• Supports nurses in symptom management and treatment rationale.
• Educates staff on policies, procedures and evidence-based guidelines.
• Leads education, training, and competency assessment within the area.
• Collaborates with leaders to design orientation and staff development programs.
