Qualifications

RN with Oncology Nurse Residency or 1 year of recent oncology experience.
Ambulatory/oncology experience preferred.
Massachusetts/NH RN license required; professional certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

Participates in day-to-day operations of the program, including patient education and call triage.
Participates in program evaluation and development of strategic goals aligned with mission and values.
Supports QA/QI projects and research activities within the program and institute.
Acts as a liaison between patients, families, caregivers and providers to optimize outcomes.
Provides psychosocial support and facilitates appropriate referrals for patients and families.
